Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session send an email to munacreativecollective@gmail.com or do so through your login. 48 hour advanced notice to cancel will receive a full refund or credit for a future appointment. 24 hours advanced notice receives a 50% refund and no credit. Any communication less than 24 hour notice is non-refundable and no credit is saved to your account. Erika accepts 3 sessions per day first come first serve. If she has met the capacity she will inform you by canceling the time and sending you an email to reschedule. All services are not medical or professional counseling and all personal health choices are at the discretion and liability of the client. Results are not guaranteed by Muna Creative Collective LLC.
